The Change Starts With You

The Upper Ridgely's Delight Community Association gives a voice and a vote to all residents in our neighborhood. We welcome those who live within the bounds of MLK, Pratt, Russell, and Melvin to join us. Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of life in this beautiful, historic area. Our primary concerns are the safety and well-being of all who live here. We seek to maintain the strong and diverse spirit that made this neighborhood the great place that it is - for everyone. We also welcome "friends of Upper Ridgley's" who may live outside the boundaries, but who have common goals, wherever they may live. In addition, we encourage liaisons with neighboring areas. Please join us!
